Becoming a member is free and easy, all you have to do is register.


At this time, we ONLY accept payments through Interac e-Transfer for Canada-wide shipping and local delivery.
Please send an Interac e-Transfer using the following details after you place your order:

*Do not use any words related to Marijuana, Weed, Cannabis, Bud, etc. when sending an Interac e-Transfer.*

Your order status will be changed to processing after we receive your payment - this confirms payment was received.

*Please note that if your order number is not included in the message of your Interac e-Transfer, we may not be able to confirm your order was paid for even if the payment was accepted and your order may not be shipped. Please send us a note on the contact page with all the details.
If using online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, sending an Interac e-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Instructions on how to send an Interac e-Transfer can be found on the website of your financial institution. For information about Interac e-Transfer, please contact your bank or click here.
Once your payment has been received (Status changes from On-Hold to Processing), you will receive an email confirming your order has been changed from on-hold to processing and shipped along with an associated tracking number. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to take effect. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder and whitelist our email address.
When you place your order that status is 'On-Hold'. Once we receive the payment it'll change to 'Processing'. Checking if we received your payment in the live chat will be ignored.

There are two zones, based on the zone you fall in the price will vary. Please find a summary below.


We strive to get you your order within the hour but based on a number of factors (traffic, number of orders, location of the driver) you will receive the order within the same day.
We delivery Monday to Friday from 5-8PM EST, driver will start the delivery closer to cutoff to ensure a seamless route. *Those who choose to order close to the cutoff may miss the driver.* We encourage you to get your orders in early in the case we are able to drop it off earlier, any orders made after 4PM will be delivered the next day. If your order was made prior to ~4PM it will be delivered same day and can happen anytime until 10PM. *PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR AN ETA IN THE LIVE CHAT AS ONLY THE DRIVER WILL HAVE AN ETA For any special request please put it in the notes section at checkout.
We prefer that you select mail delivery, same day delivery is a luxury in the case that you need it right away. All the money goes to the driver and keeps them happy!


We understand the need to be discreet so your package will arrive in generic, unlabeled boxes or bubblewrap shipped via Canada Post. Items are vacuum-sealed to ensure product freshness and to prevent odours from escaping. Our priority is to maintain your privacy.
Shipping is free for all orders over $199 using Canada Post Xpress. All orders under $199 will have a $20 charge for Xpress Post shipping.
Mail orders will be shipped on the same day if payment is received by 2:00 PM EST.
We ship Canada wide.
On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry. To minimize these occurrences, we highly recommend you use a mailing address that only you have access to to ensure products are received. If your order does not arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We currently do not ship outside of Canada.
It takes 1 full business day to process your order once payment is received. Orders are shipped from Monday to Sunday 9:00am – 2:00pm EST.

All orders will be shipped with 2-day XpressPost. Depending on where you live, your package could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be delivered, longer for rural areas.
*Please note 1-3 days are estimates, as you can imagine the volume that Canada Post handles daily there can be longer than expected delays that are uncontrollable. We know as much as you do, if your package does not move for 7 days reach out and we can create a ticket.
If your tracking number does not reflect an updated delivery status after 7 business days from your expected delivery date, please let us know. Contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help look into it further. When reaching out please keep it respectful any disrespect will be ignored. *We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. *Do not contact Canada Post yourself.
We ship via Xpress via Canada Post for all provinces within Canada.
In the event the package has a delivery status of ‘delivered’ and the package is not received, the onus is on the customer to open a ticket with Canada Post and come to a resolution with Canada Post. We will not take any responsibility as we have fulfilled our responsibility to you once we dropped your package to Canada Post. No exceptions.
