Refunds

Once payment is received, all orders are FINAL and we do not send back e-transfers. Even if you accidentally send us an extra payment we will credit your account back in points. No exceptions.

Returns

All orders are final, due to safety reasons we do not offer any returns. No exceptions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We expect the original item to be sent back to us, properly vacuumed sealed with photo provided before shipment to ensure a safe return. Once we receive the defective/damaged items we will reship the exchange.

Exchange Process (Defective or Damaged)

To exchange your product (due to defective or damaged), send an email here contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
