What form of payments do you accept?

At this time, we only accept payments through Interac e-Transfer and Bitcoin.

Please send an Interac e-Transfer using the following details after you place your order:

***Do not use any words related to Marijuana, Weed, Cannabis, Bud, Canna Panda etc. when sending an Interac e-Transfer.

1. Send to: Panda Express
2. Email Address: this will be provided after placing the order
3. Please use 'Panda1' for the e-transfer password if required - we currently have auto-deposit enabled.

Your order status will be changed to processing after we receive your payment - this confirms payment was received.

***Please note that if your order number is not included in the message or the name on the order does not match your Interac e-Transfer, we may not be able to confirm your order was paid for even if the payment was accepted and your order may not be shipped.

Order Statuses Legend

On-hold = Order has been placed, payment has not been received

Processing = Payment received, order has not been shipped or delivered

Complete = order has been shipped or delivered (same-day), tracking number provided.

How do I send an Interac e-Transfer?

If using online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, sending an Interac e-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.

How do I send Bitcoin?

At checkout select Bitcoin as your payment method. Once the order has been submitted, you'll received an order confirmation with the Bitcoin wallet address.

***Ensure to copy and paste the address, do not manually type it out.

I’ve sent my Interac e-Transfer or Bitcoin. What’s next?

Once your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirming your order has been changed from on-hold to processing (this means we received your payment), once we ship your order the order status will change from processing to complete and you will receive an email with the Canada Post tracking. Please allow a few hours for the tracking number to take effect. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.
