Where do you deliver to and how much do you charge for local delivery?
There are two zones, based on the zone you fall in the price will vary. Please find a summary below.
Zone A ($25): Toronto, East York, North York, York, Scarborough
Zone B ($35): Vaughn, Etobicoke
What are the hours of operations for same-day delivery?
Cut-off to get your delivery is 4PM. We deliver M-F from 17:00-20:00 EST, driver will start the delivery closer to cutoff to ensure a seamless route.
We encourage you to get your orders in early in the case we are able to drop it off earlier. If your order was made prior to 16:00 it will be delivered the same day. Any orders made after 16:00 will be delivered the next business day.

How do I confirm if my address qualifies for same-day delivery?
At checkout, input your postal code and if the shipping option appears than you qualify else we can mail your package via Canada Post to any address in Canada.
What happens once I place my order and send the payment?
Once the driver starts his route and has an ETA he/she will text you to confirm. In the case you are not home, please ensure there is a safe area to drop the package.
If you are not at the location specified on the order and we do not have a safe area to drop the package you will need to pay the same-day fee once again for us to deliver the next business day. No exceptions.
Can you make an exception?
In most cases we cannot, but if you catch us on the right day and place a sizable order we may make an exception. Please use the contact form and our support team will confirm.
