Domestic Shipping (Canada)

Shipping is free for all orders over $199 via Canada Post Xpress. All orders under $199 will have a $20 charge for Xpress Post shipping.

Once you have placed your order and we receive your payment (before 12:00 EST) we will aim to ship your order within the same day or it will go out the following business day.

What happens if my package doesn’t get delivered?

If your tracking number does not reflect an updated delivery status after 7 business days from your expected delivery date, please contact us via the contact form (NOT THE LIVE CHAT). Contact us with your order number and our team will be happy to help look into it further. When reaching out please keep it respectful any disrespect will be ignored.

***We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

I urgently need my order tomorrow, can you ship via FEDEX?

We can make an exception and ship via FEDEX, however this will cost you anywhere from 30-50$.

Can you guarantee that my package will arrive after ordering?

On very rare occasions, packages sent in the mail do go missing, but that applies to every industry. To minimize these occurrences, we highly recommend you use a mailing address that only you have access to to ensure products are received. If your order does not arrive, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do you package my shipment?

We understand the need to be discreet so your package will arrive in generic, unlabeled boxes or bubblewrap shipped via Canada Post. Items are vacuum-sealed to ensure product freshness and to prevent odours from escaping. Our priority is to maintain your privacy.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer shipping outside of Canada currently.

How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?

It takes 1 full business day to process your order once payment is received. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday by 12:00 EST.

All orders will be shipped with 1-3-day Xpress Post. Depending on where you live, your package could take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be delivered, longer for rural areas.

***Please note 1-3 days are estimates, as you can imagine the volume that Canada Post handles daily there can be longer than expected delays that are out of our control. We know as much information as you do, if your package does not move for 7 days reach out and we can create a ticket. Any disrespect to our support team will be ignored.

What if my tracking status shows as 'complete' but I did not receive the order?

In the event the package has a delivery status of ‘delivered’ and the package is not received, the onus is on the customer to open a ticket with Canada Post and come to a resolution with Canada Post.

We rely on the Canada Post status and we cannot prove whether you received the package or not once its marked 'Complete'. We will not take any responsibility as we have fulfilled our responsibility to you once we dropped your package to Canada Post. No exceptions.
